Mrs. Carolyn Blackmon Faulk was born on Janu-ary 3rd, 1963 in Louisville, Alabama. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Luevonia Blackmon. She departed from this life on Sunday, March 22, 2020 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama at West Alabama Hospice.
Carolyn loved the Lord until the day the Lord called her home. She was very faithful with everything she did. She acknowledged God.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother; three sisters and one brother; and her husband, Jonathan Faulk.
To the union with her husband, two sons were born; Bryant (Anette) of Ozark, Alabama and Terrance (Latika) of Dallas, Texas. Carolyn also leaves to cherish her lasting memories: three sisters, Betty Daffin, Linda (Jerry) Daffin, and Diane Blackmon all of Louisville, AL; five brothers, Henry Jr. (Belinda), Willie Larry (Dorothy) Blackmon, Willie Robert (Alice) Blackmon, Jerry (Tanya) Blackmon and one aunt, Lola Mae Wil-liamson of Acworth, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and cousins who held a special place in her heart.
