Delois T Johnson was born July 13, 1950 in Eufaula, Alabama to Eula Mae
Tennille and the late Sidney Tennille.
Delois received her education from TV McCoo High School in Eufaula, Ala.
After graduating Delois moved to Rochester NY, were she was united in holy
matrimony to Columbus Johnson on November 11, 1968. In this union two
children was born.
Delois received the Lord at an early age at Tabernacle Baptist church. After
moving to Rochester NY, she joined Zion Hill Baptist Church were she served as
a choir member, she was a Willing worker and a· dedicated member until she
was called home.
Delois was preceded in death by her father Sidney Tennille.
Delois leaves to cherish her memories, her husband Columhus Johnso; a
daughter, Pamela Trese Johnson of Rochester NY; a son Ramone Johnson of
Rochester NY; a granddaughter Tache Monae Young; 2 grandsons, Jamell
Isaiah Johnson, and E 'Meen Lamar Johnson of Rochester NY; one great granddaughter,
Legend Kylie Angel Young of Rochester NY; Her mother, Eula Mae
Tennille, of Eufaula Ala; five sisters, Shirley Ann (El{iah) Knight of Abbeville
Ala, Kerlene Tennille of Eufaula Ala, Laura N Smith of Eufaula Ala, Sherice
(Joseph) Goolsby of Opelika Ala and Elizabeth Jackson of Eufaula Ala; Four
Brothers James (Jeanette) Tennille, Earl Tenni lle, Curtis Lee Tennille, and
Jonny Hill of Eufaula, Ala; four sisters-in-law, Yvonne (Walter) Kemp, Diane
(Barry) Jones, ldamae Ramson, and Thelma Chestnut; two brothers-in law,
Billy (Delores) Johnson, and Hubert Vickers; a aunt, Bernice (Carlton)
Humphries of Orlando Fl; Five uncles, James (Grace)Davis, Freddie Lee Wright,
Hazard Tennille of Eufaula Al., Clifford Massey of Dothan Al, and Wilbert
(Debra) Tennille of Detroit Mich; Two god-sons, Devon McDonald, and Trenton
Durris; her best friend, Emma Jean Jessie of Rochester NY; and a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
