We ask that you please keep the Goodson family in your prayers as they travel through this difficult journey.Mr. Franklin D. Goodson was born November 5, 1932. He departed this life on February 2, 2022. At an early age, he accepted Christ and joined Person Chapel Church in Midway, AL. He was a well known individual throughout his community. He leaves to cherish his memories: a very special lady friend, Catherine Baxter; two step children, Omekia Pruitt and Christopher Pruitt; seven grandchildren, Ciara Rumph, Dandrea Rumph, Bruce Baxter, Marquita Walker, Cordarrian Pruitt, Shanika Pruitt and Christopher Pruitt, Jr; five great grandchildren, Alysia Rumph, Tiona Rumph, Tahj Rumph and Tobias Carey, Christiona Walker; special friends, Annie Baxter, Benita Smith, Vette, Terrelle Mulkey, Tabatha Mayo and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. We thought of you with Love today, But that’s nothing new. We thought of you that day even when We heard the bad news We think of you in silence We sometimes speak your name Love lives in our hearts And that love will always remain.
