Gail Dean Colbert

​Ms. Gail Dean Colbert, beloved daughter of Ms. Lillie Pearl Colbert and the late Clarence Williams, was born in Miami, Florida on the 24th day of March 1955.

​She received her education in the Miami Dade County School System, graduating from Coral Gables Senior High School in 1973. She became employed with the Baptist Health System of South Floriady. She was a loyal, dedicated and hardworking employee for over fifteen years. In 1996, Gail moved to the city of Eufaula, Alabama and made it her home. She was employed at the Medical Center Barbour for twelve years, where she continued to be a loyal, dedicated, hardworking employee. She was fondly known as "Ms. Gail."

​She joined and baptized at Friendship Baptist Church, Highway 82, under the pastorage of,Pastor Larry Thompkins.

​God called her home on February 6, 2014, leaving precious and fond memories with her mother, Lillie Pearl Colbert of Eufaula, Alabama; her beloved sons: Marion Cooper, Frederick (Jakia) Gooch, Tari (Tambra) Gooch, Justin Colbert; five grandchildren: Marion of Miami, Florida, Shannon both of Miami, Florida, Jakaiden, Fredarius and Jakidrionna of Eufaula, Alabama; four sisters: Hazel (Idus) Jenkins of Eufaula, Alabama, Gwen (Emery) Maddox and Terri Vickers all of Douglas, Georgia and Fay Vickers of Miami, Florida; one brother: Stanley Williams of Miami, Florida; six nieces; five nephews.
