Hubbert Ross, Jr.

Hubbert was born to the late Cinderelia and Curtis Ross on April 18, 1955 in Clayton, Alabama.

Hubbert entered into eternal rest on September 20, 2011.

He was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

He was born and raised in Barbour County, later he moved to Troy, AL. He was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church in Clayton, AL. He later met Margie Ann McCray, they were together until her death.

He leaves to cherish his memories five children: Melisa (Tyrone) Henderson of Troy, AL, Sherry (Jeffery) McCray of Columbus,GA, Christopher (Lisa) Grubbs of Dothan, AL, Cedric (Yolanda) McCray and Jamal Washington of Eufaula, AL. Sixteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A special grandson,Christopher McCray. Two special granddaughters: LaSonya and Kimileasha Hamilton of Troy, AL. One very special niece, Victoria Hamilton of Eufaula, AL. Mother and Fathr-in-law Donald (Marbie) McCray. Sisters-in-law: Hattie Nelson, Martha Hines, Catherine Williams, Brenda Grubbs, Darlene Williams and Christine McClendon. Brothers-in-law, Rodger Turner, Mark Ricks and Donald McCray, Jr. A host of aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
