James Lohman

Southern Memorial Funeral Home of Eufaula and Dothan Alabama sadly announces the passing of Mr. James Lohman of Clayton Alabama.

James Lohman was born March 30, 1952. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Marianna AME Church of Clayton, Alabama. Years later he moved his membership to Elam Baptist Christian Fellowship.

He passed from this life on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at his home on Boyd Drive. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Willie Lee Tucker and his father, Mr. Eugene Shorter and a nephews, Mr. Bruce Baxter.

He leaves to cherish his memories: one sister, Mrs. Catherine Baxter of Clayton, Alabama; one brother, Mr. Edgar Johnson of Houston, Texas; nieces, Omekia Pruitt of Clayton, Alabama; one nephew, Christophr Pruitt of Clayton, Alabama; two special and devoted friends, Mrs. Dorothy Mae Heath and Mr. Ervin Barkley of Clayton, Alabama and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
