He accepted Christ at an early age.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Miss. Evergreen Smith and a sister, Cora Smith.
Mr. Smith departed this life on January 24th 2014.
He leaves to cherish his memory and mourn his passing a brother, Lucious Smith; aunts and uncles: Irene Robinson of Eufaula, Alabama, Maggie Abebnese and husband David of Bloomfield, Connecticut, Mary Turner of Hartford, Connecticut, Clarence Smith and wife Virginia of New Haven, Connecticut and John Smith and wife Helen of Hartford, Connecticut; a niece, Tiffany Smith; two nephews: Michael Smith and Calvin Smith all of Hartford, Connecticut; numerous other relatives and friends.
