A Time To Be Born:

          Mr. Johnnie James Grubbs was born September 29, 1954 in Henry County, Alabama to the late Mary Lee Grubbs and Raymond Grubbs.

A Time To Learn:

     He was educated at Barbour County Trade School

A Time To Plant:

     At an early age, he became a member of St. Mark Baptist Church in Clayton, Alabama, where he remained a faithful member until his passing.

A Time To Laugh:

     The joys and pleasures of being with his family and friends.

A Time To Die:

     The final call of God to come home was received by him on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at his home in Eufaula, Alabama.

A Time Of Peace:

     Mr. Grubbs was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Mary Lee Grubbs; one sister, Johnnie Mary Grubbs; and one brother, Mr. Leonard Mack Grubbs.

He leaves to cherish in his loving memories, his father, Mr. Raymond Grubbs of Bakerhill, Alabama; three brothers: Aaron Grubbs (Felicia) of Bakerhill, Alabama, Robert Grubbs (Della) of Clayton, Alabama and Willie Grubbs (Martha) of Fort Myers, Florida; three sisters: Patricia Whigham (Darnell) of Eufaula, Alabama, Christine Grubbs of Clayton, Alabama and Maxine Whigham (Wesley) of Eufaula, Alabama ; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; a special nephew: John Grubbs of Dothan, Alabama.
