A Name You Can Trust And Stand On. When Only The Best Will Do! We ask That you please keep the Jenkins Family in your prayers as they travel through this most difficult journey.
Lamar T. Jenkins was born on June 12, 1980 in Elizabeth, NJ. His mother relocated with him at the age of 4 to Clayton, AL. He gave his life to Christ at an early age. He was a master barber whom also loved to fish. He recently became to enjoy playing bingo with his mom. He adored his children and tried to spend as much time with them that he could. He was a humbled man whom was faced with many trials and tribulations. We pray that he felt all the love and support that was shown to him through his family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memories, father, Lorenzo A. Jenkins, Newark, NJ, mother, Teresa E. Patrick, Eufaula, AL; children, Danaishia Amarri, Daylon Lamar, and Davon Amar Jenkins, all of Georgetown, GA; sisters and brother, Akira Patrick and Ariah Miller, both of Eufaula, AL; Dr. Kavon Diggs at Chamberlin, SD; aunt and uncles, Thelma Moore and Angela (Ralph) Samuel, both of Winston Salem, NC, Alphonso (Roachai) Jenkins, Newark, NJ, Henry Jr (Verlene) Patrick, Plainfield, NJ, Odessa (George) Street, Savannah, GA; Robert (Brenda) Patrick and Deborah (Ronald) Wilmore, both of Atlanta, GA, Lakeisha Patrick, Clayton, AL, Michelle Tootle, Abbeville, Al; Stanford Tootle, Atlanta, GA; a host of cousins and close friends. I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one. I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun; Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.

Take your rest now Lamar, my your spirit, eternal peace and your memories illuminate our hearts. Love your mom No words we write can ever say How much we miss you everyday As time goes by, the loneliness grows. How we miss you, nobody knows. We think of you in silence We often speak your name, But all we have are memories and photos in a frame No one see us weep But the love we have for you is In our hearts to keep. We’ve never stopped loving you, We’re sure, we never will Deep inside our heats you are with us still. Heartaches in this world Are many, but ours is worse than any. Our hearts still ache as we whisper low; We need and miss you so, The things we feel So deeply are often the hardest to say. But we just can’t keep quiet anymore So we’ll tell you any way. There is a place in our heart, that no one else can fill; We Love you so, Dad and always will. Danaishia, Daylan & Davon Jenkins.
