Marie Willis Bouyer she confessed Christ and joined Bethlehem Baptist Church in Richland, GA. Later she joined Berry Chapel Missionary Baptist Church where she served faithfully as "mother of the church" until her health failed. She was a member of Pride of Georgetown O.E.S. 481. She was a homemakr, a mother of the community, had a passion for cooking, quilting and loved flowers. She had  special gift of helping and doing for others. She loved her faily and always put their needs first. She was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Leroy Bouyer, Sr. She departed this life on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Crowne Health Care in Eufaula, AL. Four Brothers and sisters preceded her in death as well as three children: Otis, J.W. and Robert Bouyer.

Those left to cherish her memories are:eight loving and devoted children: Thelma Mason of Bronx, New York, Alvester (Sara) Bouyer of Patterson, New Jersey,Charlie (Marjorie) Bouyer of Cuthbert, GA, Leroy Jr. (Geneva) Bouyer, Eugene Bouyer, Mary Thomas, Annette Bouyer, all of Gerogetown, GA an Deloris (Rodney) Hamilton of Sahuarita, Arizona; one sister, Ferry Lee Jackson of Richland, GA; seven brothers and sisters-in-law: Artenzie Culver, Annie Johnson, Lena (Otis) Winslett, Eunice (Allen) King, Beatrice Bouyer, Amos (Tina) Bouyer, Cora Bouyer, James Bouyer, Will Bouyer, Napoleon Bouyer and Nathanile Bouyer; twenty-five grandchildren, forty nine great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends..
