Martez Rashad Dozier was born on September 5, 1990 to Denise Dozier and Jerry Capehart. He departed his life to be with the Lord on Friday, October 31, 2015. 

Martez (Tez) attended Dothan City Schools. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Hazel Condry Dozier (Pate Dozier) and aunt, Sharon D. Dozier (Mike Giles).

"Tez" leaves to cherish his loving and wonderful memories to his two sons, Mekel Temih Dozier of West Palm Beach, Florida and Martez Terae Dozier of Dothan, Alabama; his mother, Denise Dozier of Dothan, Alabama; one sister, Toni Dozier of Dothan, Alabama; aunt, Shelia Dozier of Dothan, Alabama; uncle, Pate Dozier of Dothan, Alabama; special cousins, Sherri, Sequoyah, Cornesia, Bobbie, Ty, Charles, Ceda, Zabrina, JR, Veshore, Turajill and Rashad; devoted friends, David Rhem and Scott Sander, Deshunna Jackson, Jameka Pride, Justin Snell; devoted aunt, Angela Pride and a host of family, cousins and friends.
