Mary Belle Thomas was born on February 25, 1937, to the late

Mrs. Julia Richardson Thomas and Tommie Thomas. Mom and

dad preceded her in death. Also her husband June Perkins

preceded her in death.

Mary B. Thomas joined church as an early age, and later on she

joined Rocky Mount Baptist Church.

Mary B. Thomas worked for the Martins and Corcarans for many

years.

Mary was loved by so many people’s and she would give you

anything she got or will help. She was a very sweet person and

friendly.

Mary had three loving sisters that preceded her in death. Lizzie

Mae Averett, Darlene Thomas, Mary Kathleen Green. She had

five brothers who preceded her in death, Willie Thomas, James L.

Thomas, Eddie Mack Thomas, Tommie “Butterboy” Thomas and

Hence Thomas.

Mary leaves to cherish her memories of two sons, Willie (Jackie)

Thomas and Roger (Ella) Thomas, both of Russell County.

Kamarion Thomas and Hakeem Boykin were her great grandsons

but they were her babies. She had 11 grandchildren, and 20 great

grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and

friends.
