She was the baby daughter of Josephine DeBose and the late Willie James DeBose.
Monica was a graduate of the 2001 class of Dothan High School. She was a certified nurse assistant at Wesley Manor Nursing Home. She was a woman that loved children.
Proceeding her in death was her daughter, Zykerria Catherine Murrell, father, Willie J. DeBose; paternal grandfather: Graham DeBose, Sr.; maternal grandparents: Floyd and Marie Griffin.
She is survived by her mother, Josephine DeBose of Dothan; a special friend, Eugene Murrell of Dothan, AL; sisters and brothers: Terri Ann Walker (Simmy), Shi Ann Jackson (Alton), Jerry DeBose (Cynthia), Willie Earl DeBose, Michael DeBose (Chante), Laurie Ann Wilson, Jessie Griffin, Edward DeBose, Danny Lee Wilson and John Swilling all of Dothan, AL, Patricia Hall (Bobby) Alexander City, AL; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Lula DeBose of Dothan, Alabama; a speical Goddaughter, Rihanna Walker; a special friend, Bulinka Williams; seven aunts; seven uncles; twelve nephews; thirteen nieces; seven great nieces; six great nephews; other relatives and friends.
