“Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies” Proverbs 31:10 Palefuiono Siu Leiataua Thompson better known as “Tina” was born on September 24, 1956 in Apia Western Samoa. She was born to godly parents, the late Ioane and Malia Leiataua. She was the fourth eldest of nine children. She attended school in Samoa and moved to Hawaii when she was 16 years old, and graduated from Kahuku High School in 1977. In 1977, she had her first born daughter Lavern Faaosofia Leiataua-Dean (Johnny). In 1978, she had her first born son, John Sasa Leiataua (Makana). Then she moved to Wahiawa, Hawaii, where she met husband, Lee James Thompson (deceased) and moved to Ft. Gaines, GA, where they started a life and had five children. She is survived by her children: Lee Thompson, Jr, Leilani, Jessica, Pamela, Tirrell and her 18 grandchildren, her brothers and sisters and a host of nieces and nephews. In reference to the quote “who can find a virtuous woman, for her price is far above rubies. She was family oriented and rendered services to anyone in need but don’t double cross her because she would punch first and asked questions later. To sum it all up, she was very lovable woman who cherished her family. Afterglow I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one. I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days.
