Phillip Scott Culver was born on April 9, 1970 to the late Alto and Anni Laura Culver. He departed this life on October 8, 2023 in Abbeville, Alabama at his home.

He attended Abbeville High School. He was a member of Abbeville Memorial Church of God in Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents Alto and Annie

Laura Culver. Sisters, Lisa Culver and Shelly Culver. Brothers: Marcus Culver, Joe Culver, Timothy Culver, Jerry Culver, Derrick Culver, James Culver and Bobby Truitt.

Phillip leave to cherish his wife, Shelia McNair Culver; four children: Jeremy Scott Ramey, Oakland, CA and Phillip Cory Benefield, Texasville, Alabama; Angela (Terence) Hill

and Lashenia McNair, Abbeville, AL. Mother-in-law, Margie Warren, Abbeville, AL; sister, Frances Pearl Carter, Dothan, AL and two brothers, Kevin (Sharon) Culver and

Demetrius Culver, both of Abbeville, AL; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
