Ms Sarah Jean Walker was born to the late Eloise Walker and

Amordean Flucker on May 10, 1958. Her late husband, Elvis

Lewis Sr., preceded her in death. She departed this earthly

life on December 29, 2016.

Sarah graduated from Headland High School in 1977. She

had a passion for reading and mathematics.

Sarah leaves to cherish her memory her son, Elvis Lewis Jr;

daughter, Brittany Michelle Lewis; granddaughter, A’Niya

Nicole Dozier; six sisters, Linda (Billy) Taplin of Dothan, Al,

Gloria (Freddrick) Anglin of Duluth, GA, Carrie Koonce of

Headland, AL, Kathy Dale Walker of Headland, AL,

Machelle Walker of Newville, AL, and Velma Humphrey of

Headland, AL; two brothers, Russell Jerome Walker of

Newville, AL, and Jerry Humphrey of Panama City, FL;

aunt, Bernice Brown of Headland, AL; and a host of nieces,

nephews, cousins, and friends.

Psalm 23

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:

he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul:

he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness

for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
