Teresa Delane Beacham

Southern Memorial Funeral Home of Eufaula and Dothan Alabama; Sadly announces the passing of Mrs. Teresa Beacham of Dothan, Alabama.

On Monday, December 28, 2015; The Master plucked a flower from His garden. He called our dear beloved wife and mother, Teresa Delane (Finch) Beacham from labor to reward.

She started this life on June 5, 1958. She accepted Christ at a very early age. Teresa was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Midland City, Alabama. She attended public school in Dothan, AL; graduating from Dothan High School in 1976.

Teresa began working at Ansell and later advanced and worked at Grandview Elementary School. She left the school system and worked at Wiregrass Commons Mall for 20 plus years. She climaxed her career while working at SAMC. Teresa spent the rest of her life taking care of her mother and grandmother. She will be remembered in our hearts as a woman with a gentle soul. She had a way of making you laugh and putting a smile on  your face.

Teresa leaves to lovingly remember her: Alvin Beacham, her husband of 38 years; 2 sons, Alvin and Monteze Beacham; her mother, Voncille (Frank) Puritt; her father, Robert Ruffin; 4 grandchildren, Nazier, Jashyla, Nashya and A'mya; 1 brother, Steve (Vanetta) Ruffin; 3 nieces, Vonger "Finch" Stewart, LaShonda Finch and Demetrice McCall; 3 brothers-in-law, Kurtis and Raymond "Ronnie Beacham and Willie Calvin Daniels; 3 sisters-in-law, Willene Thomas, Vera Beacham and Dean Smith; a God-brother, Henry Dennis; a Godson, Cornelious Knight; a Godnephew, Will Galloway and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
