Mr. Willie James "Tuck" Johnson was born in Quitman County, Georgetown, Georgia on November 24, 1938 to the late Adams Johnson and Marie Lewis Davis.
He transitioned into eternal life on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at his home in Georgetown, Georgia.
He confessed Christ at an early age and joined the Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church. He worked as a bus driver for about ten years in Quitman County. And, he was employed at TNS Mills for over thirty years in Eufaula, Alabama.
He was untied in Holy Matrimony to the late Ozie Bell Bryer Johnson on December 10, 1960. He had one daughter that preceded him in death, Brenda Allen.
He leaves to cherish his memories five daughters: Annie Johnson and Lisa Johnson of Georgetown, Georgia, Kimberly Wynn and Barbara Smith of Eufaula, Alabama and Josephine Hickman of Phenix City, Alabama; four sons: Willie Dean (Jennifer) Johnson and Ulysses Johnson of Georgetown, Georgia, Charles Davis of Lumpkin, Goeriga and Steven Wynn of Eufaula, Alabama; three sisters: Ruby (Earl) Johnson of Georgetown, Georgia, Leola (Israel) King of Nashville, Tennessee and Patricia (Carl) Fair of Hartford, CT; one brother: Eddie Ray Johnson of Rancho Cucamonga, California; a aunt: Ruthie Bell Flower; an uncle: Paul Johnson of Burlington, New Jersey; four sisters-in-law: Charlie Johnson and Betty Lou Davis of Eufaula, Alabama, Annie Doris Hall and Lucille Kinsey of Georgetown, Georiga; brother -in -law: Larry Bryer of Georgetown, Georgia; twenty-two grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
