We ask that you please keep the Grubbs Family in your prayers as they travel through this difficult journey.Willie Junior Grubbs was born August 13, 1941 to the late Dock and Willie Maude Grubbs. He was a member of Promiseland Church where he served as an usher.
Mr. Grubbs was well known and loved by everyone in his commu-nity and they could always looked forward to him riding his lawn mower up and down the street. His final call of God came on May 1, 2022 at Southeast Health.
He is preceded in death by his wife Willie Mae Turner Grubbs and daughter, Aubrey Grubbs Burks.
Mr. Grubbs leaves to cherish his memories; a son, Frederick Grubbs; daughter, Cynthia Laster; sister, Lillie Fryer; brother, Spencer Dozier; nine grand children, 10 great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Life is but a stopping place, A pause in what’s to be, A resting place along the road, to sweet eternity. We all have different journeys, Different paths along the way, We all were meant to learn some things, but never meant to stay… Our destination is a place, Far greater than we know. For some the journey’s quicker, For some the journey’s slow. And when the journey finally ends, We’ll claim a great reward, And find an everlasting peace, Together with the Lord
